The website looked professional enough, swiftpb.com, and the 'Web & App Development' category seemed to promise exactly what I needed. So, I went ahead and ordered one of their starter packages. The ordering process itself was okay, nothing special, but it didn't give me any red flags. That was probably the only smooth part. Delivery of the actual 'product' – which in this case was access to their platform and some templates – was almost immediate, as expected for digital goods. But then the problems started. The quality of the templates was really poor, almost like something you'd find for free somewhere else. Usability was a nightmare; the interface was buggy and kept freezing. I tried to reach out to support twice, but it was like talking to a brick wall. No response. I've wasted my time and money here. Definitely won't be using them again. This was a pretty big disappointment.
